Kale is getting popular than ever before. Kale is the super food, which has a staying power. This leafy, dark green veggie has been the part of dinners since the Roman times, and it’s been very common across the Europe. This veggie hails from a cabbage family that also includes collards, cauliflower, and broccoli.
Kale is high in fibers and low in calories. And that’s the reason why it’s helpful in burning fat. Kale is also packed with minerals and vitamins. Now you think what kale tastes like, right? Kale tastes a bit like the spinach. I would suggest you not to eat raw kale, as it tastes bitter when eaten raw. It’s better to heat the kale. Or you can improve the taste of kale by sautéing it with the various flavored ingredients.
Kale has been eaten as the side dishes. You can add the kale to soups, smoothies, pasta or salads. In most of the cases, this kale has proven to be a great add-on to every diet.
