The fundamental basis of a healthy nervous system is essential for achieving balance of mind, body & spirit.

How do we balance our mind, body & spirit with all the daily stresses we encounter? Is it even possible in today’s highly rapid moving environment to obtain such a balance? Some of us achieve this through mediation, others on nutrition and many on varying forms of exercise.

HOWEVER….

We are often unaware of the hidden secret that can allow such balance to occur. Some call it ‘Chi’ or ‘Chakras’ or ‘Meridians, but behind that something else exists. How does our body know to pump air via the lungs or pump blood via the heart? How does our body know to grow hair and heal a cut on your finger from the kitchen knife? These events occur every day and we take it for granted just expecting it to work.

Without innate intelligence, we would not be alive. Each individual cell in our body is connected with this inner intelligence. Each cell communicates with each other via the nervous system. Yes, our nervous system, the often forgotten and vital requirement of the human body. We are aware of our blood system, our hormones, the oxygen we need to breathe, the water and food we require to survive. But, we forget that all this cannot function without the nervous system!

It’s very simple, when you start life in your Mother’s womb, the first thing that happens is development of your brain and nervous system. Because without this, nothing else can happen. The brain is coordinating this amazing show we live every day and how many of us are truly looking after our nervous system?
