Her healthy approach to life motivates her followers, who are fellow millennial, to get moving and eat clean. We ask her to share with us her workout secrets.
What is on your workout music playlist?
I love some good EDM or hip hop when I’m working out! It’s actually really corny, but it gets me really pumped during my workout. I have a playlist called ‘GAINZ’ that I listen to religiously during my workout at the gym or during my run. Two of my favorite jams are Too Good by Drake and Closer by The Chainsmokers.
What motivates you to workout, when you do not feel like it?
Usually, when I don’t feel motivated, I will look at older photos of myself. It makes my goals seem more achievable: since I was there once, it means I am able to achieve the same body again! It works a lot better for me versus looking at hot fitspo models. While looking at them does serve as motivation sometimes, they are supermodels after all and not everyone can look like that.
