Aware of what she feels and think, Kim has been exposed to a variety of stress and physical discomforts at the age of 8. These made her look for natural ways to manage her pain. At first, it started with a breathing exercise, then advancing to simple body stretches. Later on, this routine benefited her up until now in college. Moreover, she is a big fan of anything green, always keeping in mind to incorporate green stuffs in what she eats, which she thinks adds up to her simple healthy living even with the hectic college life.
